VTCSolar IKE providing you with exceptional levels of customer service which extends to our returns policy. We endeavor to make every effort to fulfill valid requests for returns and will refund authorized returns as promptly as possible.

However, please do not return any stock to us without first contacting us to discuss the return of your unwanted items. No returned goods will be accepted without our previous authorization and goods return number.

Should you wish to return any unwanted orders, please contact us with the following details:

o Your contact details (Name, address, e-mail and telephone number)
o What you would like to return
o Your date of purchase
o An acceptable reason for return
o VTCSolar’s order/invoice number

We will do everything possible to comply with reasonable requests for returns and will issue any refund due to you as promptly as possible.

Unwanted or Damaged/Faulty Goods
The customer should inspect the products upon receipt and notify VTCSolar within 3 days for unwanted goods or 10 days if they deem the goods be faulty or damaged. If the customer fails to notify VTCSolar within 3 days of delivery that they no longer require the goods or 10 days of delivery that their goods are broken or faulty, the customer will be judged to have accepted the goods. We cannot accept any claims for faulty or broken goods more than 10 days after delivery.


Terms For Returns
Should the customer wish to cancel the order prior to dispatch, payment shall be refunded in full within 28 days. The customer should inspect the products upon receipt and notify VTCSolar IKE within 3 days for unwanted goods or 10 days if they deem the goods be faulty or damaged. Should the products be faulty or damaged, VTCSolar IKE shall take responsibility for recovery of the goods from the customer within 15 days of delivery. The customer will also be entitled to a full refund if the goods are deemed to be faulty/damaged by VTCSolar IKE.

Goods ordered incorrectly may be subject to a handling charge and the value of the goods only will be refunded if the goods are deemed an acceptable condition. We cannot refund our shipping costs. Returns for incorrectly ordered goods will be paid from customer. We cannot take any returns request via the telephone or e-mail, all returns requests must be made through our website in your account.
Any refunds due to customers will be paid within 28 working days, and wherever possible via the original payment method.

If your order has already been invoiced and shipped to the destination of your choice, no cancellation is possible.
